What are the delivery terms?
All national deliveries ( in Czech republic territory excluded ), are from 48 hours to 72 hours (working days). All orders received from Slovak are delivered in 4-5 working days.
Can I get more information about products before purchase?
You can email to podpora@clinis-cz.com, we will reply you in maximum 24 hours.
Can I make an installment purchase?
We do not offer installment solutions at this moment.
Can I rent a medical device?
Yes, rental solution are available for some medical devices. Please, write an e-mail to: info@clinis-cz.com for more information.
Do I need to be registered to make purchases?
If you don’t want to be registered you can choose option “Buy without registration” during purchasing. However, to be a registered customer give prior access for special promotions and specific after sales support.
How can I change my registration password?
You can click on “MyAccount” and click on “Change password”. For all next steps you must to follow automatic instructions.
