Principles for delivery of goods

1. Method of delivery

Our goods are delivered via contractual partners, in particular the transport company PPL, always carefully packaged to ensure safety during transport.

2. Delivery times

  • The standard delivery time via PPL is approximately 2 working days* from dispatch.
  • The buyer will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the order and the tracking number of the shipment.
  • The movement of the shipment can be tracked online at www.ppl.cz

*The delivery date is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier's workload.

3. Obligations of the seller and the buyer

The seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the location specified by the buyer in the order. The buyer is obliged to take over the goods after delivery. If the goods need to be delivered repeatedly or in another way for reasons on the buyer's side, the buyer bears the costs associated with such delivery.

4. Acceptance of the shipment

When accepting the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check: the number of delivered packages, the integrity of the packaging.

  • If a defect is detected, it is necessary to immediately notify the carrier directly.
  • If the packaging of the shipment is damaged in a way that indicates unauthorized entry, the buyer is not obliged to accept the shipment.
  • By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the shipment was delivered in good condition and without defects in the packaging. Later complaints regarding damage to the packaging will not be taken into account.

5. Shipping cost - delivery in the Czech Republic

The shipping cost is governed by the amount of a one-time purchase:

  • Orders up to 1,000 CZK - shipping cost 68 CZK
  • Orders over 1,000 CZK - free shipping

If the product or shopping cart states that shipping is free, it means that shipping to the location specified by the buyer is already part of the purchase price of the goods.

6. Shipping cost - delivery to Slovakia

The shipping cost for delivery of goods to Slovakia is €6.

7. Shipping cost - delivery to other European countries

The shipping cost for delivery of goods to other European countries is €12.
