General terms and conditions: shipping and payment, instructions on withdrawal from the contract, complaints procedure
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the product under the following conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The shipping time may vary depending on availability and subject to delays caused by postal delays or force majeure, for which we are not responsible. In the event of a delay for which Clinis CZ s.r.o. is responsible, the customer who proves that he has suffered damage has the right to demand payment of 0.02% of the selling price of the purchased delayed goods, for each week of delay, but not more than 10% of the price of the purchased goods. In the event of a customer's delay in paying for the ordered goods and shipping costs, the customer is obliged to pay Clinis CZ s.r.o. a contractual penalty of 0.02% of the selling price of the purchased goods for each day of delay. In the event of a breach of obligations by the customer, such as a delay in paying for the order(s), Clinis CZ s.r.o. is not is obliged to fulfill its obligations under the Contract or other agreement concluded between Clinis CZ s.r.o. and the customer and has the right not to deliver the ordered goods.

If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you have concluded a contract. If the contract is concluded with a third party, [https://www.clinis-cz.com] is not acting as an agent or an agent and the contract is concluded between you and that third party and will be governed by the terms of sale that it supplies to you. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The price of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.
(a) Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order: this e-mail is only a confirmation and does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract between us will only be formed after we send you an e-mail confirmation that the ordered goods have been sent to you. Only the goods specified in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the resulting contract. The customer must provide the following information in the order: a) name and surname or company name, address and registered office, tax identification number and/or VAT number, contact telephone number and e-mail address; 2a) type of goods and quantity; 3a) full delivery address.
(b) Prices and Availability
While we strive to ensure that all information, descriptions and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will be refunded in full. Clinis CZ s.r.o. has the right to withdraw from the offer within 14 days. Delivery costs will be charged additionally; these additional charges are clearly stated and included in the “Total Costs” where applicable.
(c) Payment
The Seller offers the following free online payment:

To pay, select the online card payment option in the shopping cart and you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway upon completion.
Payment will be processed immediately.
We accept: Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.
Bank transfer:
Please select bank transfer in the shopping cart.
You will then receive an email with the details needed to complete the transaction, including a QR code that you can simply “scan” using your phone’s banking app.
We will only start preparing the goods once the payment has been credited to our account.
If the availability of the goods changes in the meantime, you may have to wait longer for the shipment.
(d) Shipping
Our goods are delivered through our partners in a well-packaged condition.
The seller offers delivery via PPL.
The standard delivery time from PPL is the following 2 business days*.
The seller will send the buyer an e-mail with confirmation of the order and the tracking number of the shipment.
The buyer can track the approximate delivery time or the shipment route at www.ppl.cz.
*The delivery date is not guaranteed
According to the purchase contract, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to take over the goods after delivery.
If, for reasons on the buyer's part, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with the repeated delivery of the goods or the costs associated with a different method of delivery.
When receiving the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the number of packages, the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, immediately notify the carrier. In the event of damage to the packaging indicating unauthorized entry into the shipment, the buyer does not have to accept the shipment from the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the shipment of goods has met all the conditions and requirements and that any later complaint regarding damage to the packaging of the shipment cannot be taken into account.
The price of transport (shipping) is usually charged according to the amount of a one-time purchase or the value of the basket.
The exact amount of the shipping price is displayed when purchasing in the basket.
One-time purchase up to 1,000 CZK - shipping price 68 CZK.
One-time purchase over 1,500 CZK - free shipping
*If the amount in the price list states that shipping is free, this means that the transport of the goods to the location specified by the buyer in the order is part of the purchase price of the goods.
(e) Complaints
The seller is liable to the buyer for the goods not having any defects upon receipt.
The seller is responsible to the buyer for the goods:
a) Corresponding to the agreed description, type and quantity, quality, functionality.
b) It is delivered with the agreed accessories and instructions for use, including any assembly or installation instructions.
c) The purchased item is suitable for the purpose for which it is usually used.
d) The item corresponds to the description in terms of quantity, quality and other properties, including durability, functionality, compatibility and safety.
e) The purchased item is delivered with accessories, including packaging, assembly instructions and other instructions for use that the buyer can reasonably expect.
f) Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day following the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes over the goods in the event of the conclusion of the purchase contract.
To exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, you must inform Clins CZ s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, 86 00 Prague 8, of your withdrawal from this contract by e-mail: info@clinis-cz.com. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal from this contract before the relevant deadline has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen method of delivery, which is different from the cheapest method of standard delivery offered by us).
We will refund the payment only after receiving the returned goods or if you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. We will use a bank transfer to refund payments. For this reason, you will need to send us your bank details to the email info@clinis-cz.com.
Costs associated with returning the goods
You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Unless otherwise stated, you have the right to exercise your right to a defect within 24 months of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to goods that have a predetermined period of use in accordance with statutory provisions (usually stated on the packaging, in the accompanying instructions or in advertising).
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties with regard to claims arising from inadequate performance are governed by the standards (in particular the provisions of Sections 1914-1925, Sections 2099-2117 and Sections 2161-2174 of the Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
Complaints procedure
The Buyer accepts complaints (with regard to the range of products sold or services provided) in writing to the e-mail address: info@clinis-cz.com.
When making a complaint, the Buyer shall primarily state his name and surname, contact details for contacting regarding the status of the complaint and a description of the defect.
After verifying whether the goods meet the requirements, the Seller will send the Buyer information about the shipment of the goods. The Seller points out that cash on delivery is not accepted.
Deadline for handling compliant requests:
The company will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless a longer period is agreed with the buyer.
