Term of shipment and payment

General terms and conditions: transport and payment, instructions on withdrawal from the contract, complaints procedure

Our goods is shipped through our partners in well-packed status.
The Seller offers delivery via PPL.
The standard delivery time from PPL is on the following 2 business day*.
Seller will send to Buyer an email with a confirmation of the order spedition and tracking number of the parcel.
The Buyer can track the approximate delivery time or route of the shipment at www.ppl.cz

*Delivery day is not guaranteed

According to the purchase contract, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery.
If, for reasons on the part of the buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than was specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of the goods, or costs associated with another delivery method.

When tacking over the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the number of packages, the intactness of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, to notify the carrier immediately. In the event of a violation of the packaging indicating an unauthorized intrusion into the shipment, the buyer does not have to accept the shipment from the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the shipment of goods met all conditions and requirements and that any later claim regarding damage to the package of the shipment cannot be taken into account.


The price of transport (transport fee) is usually charged according to the amount of a one-time purchase or the basket value.
The exact amount of the shipping price is displayed when shopping in the cart.

One-time purchase up to CZK 1,000.00 cost of spedition is 99.00 kč
One-time purchase of CZK1,500.00 or more spedition is free

*In the event that the shipping fee is stated above as free in the price list, it means that the transportation of the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order is part of the purchase price of the goods.


The seller offers the following terms of payment:
a) Cash on delivery: you pay the carrier for the goods upon delivery directly to the address specified by you
b) Online payment card.
A method of payment with cards such as VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. To pay, select online card payment in the shopping cart and, once completed, you will be redirected to our processing bank, which will allow you to enter your card information such as card number, card expiration date and CVV2 or CVC2. You will be informed about result of the transaction by email.
Online payment with a 3D-Secure card is provided by NOME BANCA. The payment card data is entered directly to the processing bank.

These terms and conditions on transport and payments are effective from 01.10.2023

ProProcedure for complaints

The seller is responsible to the buyer that the item has no defects upon receipt.
The seller is responsible to the buyer that the item:
a) Corresponds to the agreed description, type and quantity, quality, functionality.
b) Is delivered with the agreed accessories and instructions for use, including eventual instructions for assembly or installation
c) The purchased item is suitable for the purpose for which the item is usually used
d) The item, in terms of quantity, quality and other properties, including durability, functionality, compatibility and safety, corresponds to the description
e) the purchased item is delivered with accessories, including packaging, assembly instructions and other instructions for use that the buyer can reasonably expect.

Unless otherwise stated, you have the right to exercise the right to a defect within 24 months of receiving the goods.This does not apply to goods that, in accordance with legal provisions, have a predetermined period of time during which they can be used (usually stated on the packaging, in the accompanying instructions or in advertising).The rights and obligations of the contracting parties with regard to claims arising from insufficient performance are governed by the standards (in particular the provisions of § 1914-1925, § 2099-2117 and § 2161-2174 of the Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended).
Procedure for complaints:
The buyer accepts complaints (with regard to the range of products sold or services provided) in writing to the e-mail address: info@clinis-cz.com.In the case of a complaint, the buyer will primarily state his first and last name, contact details for contacting regarding the status of the complaint and a description of the defect. After verifying whether the goods meet the requirements, it sends the buyer information about the shipment of the goods. The seller warns that cash on delivery is not accepted.
Deadline for processing compliant requests:
The company will process the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of application of the complaint, unless a longer period is agreed upon with the buyer.

f) The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason, from the day following the day when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes over the goods in the event of a purchase contract. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform Clins CZ s.r.o. about your withdrawal from this contract. , with registered office at Karolinská 654/2, 86 00 Prague 8, to e-mail: info@clinis-cz.com, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the relevant period.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from the contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of you of the chosen delivery method, which is different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). We will only refund the payment once we receive the returned goods or you prove that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first. We will use a bank transfer for refunds. For this reason, it will be necessary to send us your bank details to the e-mail info@clinis-cz.com.
Costs associated with returning the goods: You will bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods that occurred as a result of handling these goods in a way other than what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
